NOTES REGARDING COLOR
If the wool is dyed, I use dyes boasting extremely high wash fastness and good to excellent light fastness.
Please bear in mind the photo May Be Slightly Different from the actual item in terms of Color due to the lighting during the photo shooting or the monitor's display.
NOTES REGARDING PROCESSING
Once the sheep were sheared by a professional, all aspects of the processing of the fleece, from raw to finished product was completed by me at the Bergamascos' Babydoll Brigade farm, with the exception of having the cleaned fleece made into roving which I have done by a mill. My home is a smoke free environment.
Each sheep’s fleece is unique to the particular sheep, even from year to year. Each fleece reacts differently to the various stages of the processing used to make your product/s. As with most individually handmade items, minor variations and imperfections do occur. These enhance the beauty and uniqueness of the product making it one of a kind. As a result, although two pieces may be in the same style, there may be minor variations in color, pattern, sizing, etc., and they may not be exactly alike. Enjoy your item and come back soon.
NOTES REGARDING WASHING
Babydoll wool is a natural version of "superwash" if you will. I have washed items in my front loading washing machine and air dried. I recommend hand washing and air drying any items with fringe or knitted in a lacy fashion.
USPS shipping to US zip codes, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Others contact me for a shipping quote.
